Turf Universal Skid Sprayers
Universal sprayers are manufactured with a formed steel
frame and are designed to be as compact as possible. Sizes
include a 55-Gal, 110-Gal., 150-Gal. and 200-Gal. All sizes
have either a 12 volt diaphragm demand pump system (3.0 GPM
or 45 PSI) or an engine powered system. The engine system
has the pump directly coupled to the engine which eliminates
alignment problems. This also extends the life of both the
engine and the pump, due to less stress on shafts and
bearings. |
The specs on the pumping units are as follows:
12 Volt Electric—3 GPM or 45 PSI, 12 VDC demand diaphragm
pump
Roller Units— 4-roller direct coupled Briggs & Stratton
3.5 HP engine. 7GPM and up to 150PSI
6-roller direct coupled Briggs & Stratton 5.5 HP gear
reduction engine. 9.7 GPM or 300 PSI
5-roller direct coupled
Briggs & Stratton 5.5 HP gear reduction engine. 25 GPM or
200 PSI
Honda engines are also available.
All models come with 25’x3/8” gun hose,
handgun with adjustable tip, suction strainer, gauge,
automatic relief valve and poly tank with 5” fill well. 7’,
10’, 15’ and 21’ spray coverage booms can be used on the
Universal sprayers.

Low-Profile Pull Sprayers
By adding your choice of transport pull kits to a
universal skid sprayer, you can make a tow-behind sprayer.
Between the design of the formed steel frame and the pull
kit, the sprayer becomes as low-profile as possible, making
it more stable on steep slopes. The universal design allows
the sprayer to be set up as a front-mounted pumping unit or
a rear-mounted pumping unit, whichever way your customer
wants. No extra parts are needed for this change! When the
pumping unit is mounted on the rear of the sprayer, it cuts
down on engine noise and fumes for the operator. 7’, 10’,
15’ and 21’ spray coverage booms are optional and fit any
configuration with no additional parts.
